Basic Swimming Lesson

Lesson 1: Wag kalimutang huminga.
                (Wag mong igaya noong iniwan ka nya)
Lesson 2: Mag stretching at warm up ka muna.
                (hindi yung unang kita mo pa lang ehh susungaban mo na)
Lesson 3: kailangan mong subukang lumangoy na magisa
                (hindi yung nagmumukmok ka kasi wala na sya)
Lesson 4: Move forward lang, Walang langoy na paatras
                (Wag kang atras abante)
Lesson 5: Tapusin mo ang Lap at Wag hihinto sa Gitna,
                (hindi yung bigla ka na lang aayaw kasi sawa ka na sa kanya)
Lesson 6: Pag Pagod ka na, mag pahinga ka para di ka pulikatin.
               (hindi yung pag pagod ka na maghahanap ka na ng iba)


Basic Diving lesson

Lesson 1: Bago mag dive dapat buo na ang loob mo
                (parang sa relationship, wag kang padalosdalos)
Lesson 2: Wag mag dive sa mababaw
                (kilalanin mo muna sya, sa tingin ko masasaktan ka lang)
Lesson 3: Ikaw may control sa katawan mo, alam mo dapat kung kelan ka mag ddive.
               (antayin mo kaya muna yung wedding ring)
Lesson 4: Matutong makiramdam. Observe mo paligid mo.
               (Wag kang manghid, di lang ikaw nasaksaktan, kaibahan lang sya pinaglalaban ka)

Bigla kang bumitaw at timpla mo ay nag-iba.

Natakot ako na baka ika'y magpaalam,

Ang hindi ko namalayan matagal ka nang lumisan.

Paulit ulit kong naririnig at naaalala.

Ngayon alam ko na. Na ang ikaw at ako ay hindi para sa isa't isa.
